Re: USA Travel

We are writing to share an update and provide clarity regarding the recent and evolving events in Minnesota. As many are aware, federal immigration enforcement actions and related incidents have led to heightened public attention, discussion, and demonstrations across the state.

We recognize that these developments have raised understandable concerns for communities, organizations, and families alike. As a result, some teams and individuals may be feeling uncertain about travel or participation in events within the region, and we want to take a moment to address those concerns and outline our organization’s position.

First and foremost, the safety and well-being of everyone involved athletes, coaches, staff, families, and spectators remains our top priority. Given the current climate in Minnesota, including ongoing protests and increased national attention, we acknowledge that teams may have questions or reservations as they plan their activities.

To clarify our position:

  • HNO will not prevent or restrict any team or participant from choosing to compete in the United We fully support teams pursuing competitive opportunities as planned.
  • At the same time, we believe it is important for teams and their leadership to stay informed about the situation on the ground, including local advisories, community conditions, and guidance from public safety
  • We strongly encourage teams to thoughtfully consider the safety and well-being of their players, staff, and families when making decisions about participation in events, particularly those near areas experiencing heightened activity or demonstrations.

We will continue to monitor developments closely and share relevant information as it becomes available. Our goal is to ensure teams are supported and equipped to make informed decisions that balance both competitive objectives and personal safety.

During times like these, we stand with communities in the pursuit of solutions rooted in respect, safety, and care for all individuals.

Thank you for your continued cooperation and understanding. For more information, please contact:
